Workout Description:

20 Squats

10 Push-Ups

30 Second Plank

30 Second Side Plank

30 Second Side Plank

30 Mountain Climbers

20 Supermans

10 Burpees

Repeat circuit as many times as you can in 15 minutes! Recommended to take 20 seconds of rest between exercises and 60 seconds of rest after completing a full circuit before starting the next one.

This rest is all optional, and if you can go straight through more power to you!
