What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching, or Behavioral Health & Nutrition Coaching, is a comprehensive client and professional relationship that spans over short, long or indefinite timelines. It is a partnership with an expert with the intention to identify positive behaviors in your health, create new habit patterns, break the bad habits that you currently have all while educating you on the process.
The main focus of Health Coaching is consistent accountability. Having a Coach connected to you day in and day out to discuss any road blocks on your path to success and find solutions as quickly as possible to eliminate their ability to stunt your growth. This is an all encompassing health, fitness & lifestyle consultation with the intention to change your life—and I do not say that lightly.
During this one hour session we will discuss a multitude of health and fitness information in order to leave you more informed, more educated and better prepared to tackle your goals.
Monthly Health Coaching - from $500/mo
Together we will find ways to heal you of your current ailments, bring you closer to the ideal YOU and tailor the speed of this process to your needs and ability. Starting with an initial consultation, I will create comprehensive meal recommendation plan and identify biomarkers relevant to you that we will measure progress through in a weekly to monthly basis.
