You can join fit52 and become a member of the community for just $5 a month! After that, you pay $5 a month! Thats $1.16 a week or $0.17 a day! No hidden fees and no other charges. Take the finance out of fitness and focus on the progress!

Absolutely! For the low price of $5 a month you’ll receive everything you need to reach your goals and get into a new routine. If you ever finding yourself needing more, just let me know! As a trainer and health coach I have plenty of other services as well to keep you going!

If you haven’t had success with other workout apps or youtube channels in the past, you may be skeptical about my newsletter approach. But I’m here to tell you, I guarantee you’ll see improvement with me. Why? I don’t give you one-off programs or PDF’s without any assistance. I add new workouts (with images or videos explaining the movements) on a weekly basis. My content is new, fresh and always changing to keep you motivated and ready to exercise! Plus, if you need help, I’m always here for you. You can message me if you have any questions, feedback or simply want to share your success.

fit52 is a perfect ‘fit’ for any and all ability levels. Within each weekly workout I include what I call, ‘the thermometer’, where I give you ways to turn down or turn up the heat! (Intensity) That way if it looks too easy, theres a way to make it harder and vice versa. This means anyone can do all my workouts easily, accurately and safely.

Absolutely not. These workouts are designed to work for everyone. If you have equipment, there will be a section detailing how to use that, but if not, the workout is still going to be 100% effective!

Nope. All fit52’s weekly workouts are Work-From-Home friendly and can be done anywhere. Home, hotel or outside, you can get fit with fit52.
