    In a Virtual Personal Training Session, you get to bring the entire personal training gym experience into the comfort and safety of your own home!

    With none to minimal equipment we can work together to reach your weight loss, muscle gain or any physical or physiological goal you have!

    This type of training and programming is ideal for the individual who is in a permanent work from home setting, struggles to make it to a gym or would prefer the safety of a home setting.

  • In-Person Personal Training

    Still looking for that In-Person feel but not ready to go back to the gym? No problem! That's what the great outdoors is for!

    Outdoor personal training can be just as effective as indoor training when performed correctly. Achieve significant cardio, muscle gain, weight loss, endurance and agility benefits from Outdoor personal training. Don't worry about equipment, I've got you covered! Just show up and prepare to work!

    This type of training and programming is ideal for individuals who enjoy fresh air, open space and a more interactive style of exercise.

  • Behavioral Health & Nutrition Coaching

    As your personal Behavioral Health and Nutrition Coach, we will work together weekly to identify the good behaviors in your life, create new habit patterns, and break the bad habits that you currently have that are not congruent with your goals.

    We will find ways to heal you of your current ailments, bring you closer to the ideal YOU and tailor the speed of this process to your needs and ability. Starting with an initial consultation, I will create comprehensive meal recommendation plan and identify biomarkers relevant to you that we will measure progress through in a weekly to monthly basis.

    This type of coaching and programming is ideal for fat loss, negative habit reprogramming and of course permanent positive lifestyle change.

  • Fitness Coaching

    As your personal Fitness Coach, I will create a customized and individual fitness plan and exercise routine that fits in your schedule, on your time and aligns with your goals.

    I will introduce you to new ways to move your body and become more physically fit, lose body fat, gain muscle or simply improve your fitness in any way you are interested.

    This plan is one to be done on the clients own time, and checked in with once a week to make adjustments, clarifications and or improvements to the plan. Additionally, we will measure progress on a weekly to monthly basis.

    This type of coaching is ideal for individuals with an agenda too inconsistent for scheduled training and or those who enjoy working out on their own time.
